At my first camp, I didn't know much about any of the throws and I left with an appreciation for all of the throws. My high school coach, Keith Eager and I learned something new every year we attended the camp. One of my best memories of Iron Wood is that of the Goal Stick. I kept it all through college. A lot of the things I learned at the camp I am still using today. "Aretha Hill, USA Olympian 1996 and currently the throws coach at the University of Washington |
