Testimonials

" Iron Wood Throwing Camp is one of the few track and field camps in the nation that is dedicated to just throwing. The atmosphere at the camp for young throwers is electric and highly motivating. After working the camp, I get calls and emails for months from athletes and coaches alike that are still psyched up about their experience that they had at the camp. For me, the opportunity to talk to the legends of our events is exciting and something that I can bring back to my athletes to help keep them motivated. See you at Iron Wood!! "

Ramona Pagel, American record shot putter at 66’ 2.5” Olympic qualifier in ’84, ’88, ’92 and ’96. Presently throws coach at Fresno State College
